Who We Are

ATSWA Trust is an NGO dedicated to bringing relief and healing to the suffering poor, downtrodden, and marginalized—regardless of language, race, religion, caste, colour, creed, or gender—through a variety of development initiatives and programmes in both rural areas and urban slums since 1997.

We work tirelessly to transform the lives of impoverished communities in South, Central, North Eastern, and Western states of India by partnering with like-minded NGOs. We officially registered in the year 2005 and hold all statutory legal certificates such as 80G, 12A, Darpan–NITI Aayog and CSR approval to receive donations from corporates through their CSR initiatives.

We also have an FCRA certificate, making us eligible to receive funds from international individuals, INGOs, funding agencies and crowd funding portals.

Residential Care & Rehabilitation

We operate separate residential homes and rehabilitation centres for 146 boys and 100 girls, ensuring access to:

  • Quality education and safe shelter
  • Clothing, potable water and nutritious food
  • Economic development support and livelihood alternatives

We also ensure adolescent girls, women and men have access to safe sanitation and potable water through construction of Individual Household Latrines (IHHL), rainwater harvesters and RO units, implemented in alignment with government schemes.
